Welcome to my shop.
Please understand that all my pieces are handmade by my hands, and may vary slightly. They are not, and will not look machine made. This does in no way lessen the quality or beauty of the pieces , but no two will be identical.
If you would like to order matching pieces, or are thinking about staking them, please let me know and I can adjust or match the new piece, to your old one.

Payments

Payments are accepted through Paypal. You don't need to have a Paypal account to use this function, just press the ‘check out with Paypal’ option and follow the link to pay by credit card or Paypal account.
Please make your payment within 3 days of purchase, as i will not start making your piece until i have received payment.

Shipping

Since i custom make each piece of jewelry from start to finish by hand, please allow 7 business days until it ships. Please expect an extra 2-3 days for shipping inside of the Eu and an extra 5- 7 business days for worldwide shipping .
If you would like your order to be upgraded to express shipping, please contact me prior to your purchase and I will make a custom listing with the upgraded shipping charges applied.
You will be responsible for any and all duties or taxes, in case this is applicable in your country.

Refunds

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your item(s) to make an exchange or receive a full refund. Returns are accepted within seven days of receiving your purchase and must be returned in new and unused condition. If it is returned to me in the same condition it was shipped, you will be refunded the full price of the item, minus the shipping. Regrettably, neither the original shipping cost nor your return shipping cost is refundable.
